I am 42 male, struggling with Alcoholism. I have about 8-10 drinks at night every day since the last 3 years. I do not have a day drinking problem. I'm obese and have a fatty liver. I know I need to reduce my drinking immediately. But i am not able to. I'm thinking of using Naltrexone and the sinclair method. Having a pill one hour before drinking. Do you think it will help?
