Hello, to lose weight you should follow a healthy and balanced diet with right amount of protein, carbs, and vitamins and to look at your calorie intake. Take a high fiber diet and eat a regular intervals and drink a good amount of water and just avoid sugar and junk food. Exercise for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
