Hi Dr. since past 1 months I am being consuming buffalo milk especially during night I consume half liter don't take anything else apart from it in the night since I am a professional sports athletic guy morning I do long distance cycling running swimming gymming. But there is no problem till now. But some say you should eat some vegetables are salad during night. What should I do shall I continue with my milk diet or change my diet please let me know.

You are only taking milk. Nothing to eat. If so, then I think your coach is a better person to answer.
Any low fat protein source is good for consumption at night. You can replace with soyabean or tofu salad platters as you different amino acids by consumption of different protein sources. Buffalo milk is high in Dm fat content too. Cows milk is more healthier option. You can change your routine by changing the routine by taking thrice a week milk n thrice a week some other protein source as mentioned.
