Hii Sir, For the weight loss you need to restrict the carbohydrate rich foods in your diet. Take high protein and high fat diet. the carbohydrate intake should be less than 50 grams per day to manage the weight. Include more vegetables and protein rich foods like paneer, soyabean and you can have dry fruits also in your diet.
