I am a male 58 years old. My height is 165 cm and present weight is 55 Kg only. Before 4 years my weight was around 63 Kg. I am loosing my weight gradually. I want to put some more weight at least 8 kg. What should I do? Everybody is asking why you are so tired? My health condition is normal. No sugar, no cholesterol, no pressure, no thyroid, Ecg, LFT everything is normal. I had a medical check up at America recently. According to them I am 99% ok. I am doing farming work at my land thus physically doing the work almost 4 Hours daily. Kindly advise me how can I increase my body weight? My appetite is normal and I am taking sufficient food. I am a non-veg and taking all types of foods. Awaiting your valuable reply.
