I am suffering from sleepiness from last week and a weak mood when I wake up my body is so tired that I sleep for 10 hours continuously how can I make my body strong so that I can sleep only for 4 hours and stay active.

You need to check if you have anemia and thyroid disease and correct . Take balanced , diet fruits and vitamins and do moderate exercises. Make a good sleep pattern b switching off TV, computer and mobile 2 hours before sleep and take a glass of milk before bedtime
