My mother is suffering from severe pelvic pain which is occurring almost every month during ovulation period. We did a sonography and got to know that everything is normal but endometrium is 13 mm thick. Please give your advice.

Throughout the menstrual cycle of a woman, the endometrium changes as a response to the hormones. This can occur during perimenopause too. Some cases needs hormonal treatment /need further assessment by gynaecologist.
