You can do any exercise which is comfortable for you and if you can enjoy it. If it pains or causes distress then you should stop and get a formal check up with your doctor (physical check up and some tests can be done to assess your heart health and overall well-being ). Read about healthy lifestyle changes to maintain an ideal weight and stay fit (and adapt healthy habits ). You can also learn yoga and pranayam which can be done safely at home.
