My father is 61 years old. His USG report reads like this: Grade 1 prostatomegaly with enlarged prostate and Small polyp measuring 6 mm Along posterior of UB. Not a case of hematuria. He was feeling difficulty while urinating. Now he is ok urinating normally after taking silodosin capsule and metoz 5 and alpha blocker. Whats the way forward.

Get psa test done.
Continue same medicine for as long as he feels comfortable with medicine. Repeat USG abdomen after 3-6 months. If size of the polyp increases then he needs a cystoscopy.
