Male 30 yrs. Weight 91 Kg. My B12 Level is 324 and D3 is 32. Is it very low. I am taking nerve B and Gemcal alternate day. How much time it will take to fully recover. I eats lot of fruits and vegetable what may be cause of it. Please advise.
