From that time onwards I am getting constant repetitive thoughts (at least once per day) and fear that what if I am there in that situation and I might suicide and getting scared of heights and all. I am getting scared to take medications as well which increases suicidal what exactly is my problem? Do I have suicidal tendencies? Will I be able to get out of this problem? What is my disease. Due to this I am scared to be alone as well. I am not like this before. Please let me know what to do. Does hypnotherapy helps to remove these thoughts.
