My age is 18 and gaining too much weight. How can I take measures in diet and exercise. And give some advices to loose weight.

Hi Thanks for query. Start with diet rich in fibres, whole cereals, Seasonal fruits and vegetable, good quality protein. Avoid fried food, sweets,processed and bakery food item, packed juices and food items. Rely on freshly and seasonly prepared food item. Have something after every 2-3 hours ,do not give long gaps in between meals. At the same time control portion size of meals.
