If the left testicle is enlarged relative to the normal right one what is the reason and what is the remedy to correct it through diet and medication?

Hello- Testicular swelling, like pain in the testicle, can arise from several different causes, some of which constitute a medical emergency. Testicular swelling may be perceived when there is localized enlargement of a testicle or a more generalized enlargement of the scrotum. It may be one-sided or bilateral and may or may not be accompanied by pain and other symptoms. The treatment depends upon the cause. So its better to first get it diagnosed. Go for a testicular ultrasound and share reports for guidance.
Only different sizes of testis on either side is not a problem. If any associated trauma, pain, fever, burning micturition etc then we have to think about underlying health issue.
