I'm 39 yrs, having low bone density and severe pain on one side of hip at one point and hands and legs start aching. Also I have very little numbness on left side of my head and some times at one point on left side of head there is pain. Doctor has prescribed calcium tablet, nurokind od injections, nervijen tablets and Livogen syrup. What kind of diet should I follow. I tried logging in to your app, unable to post a question for a proper diet plan. Please help.
