Hi, I had back pain so completed my MRI SCAN for whole spine screening. Finding show: There is straightening of cervical spine ---suggestive of paraspinal muscle spasm Vertebral bodies show normal height and signal intensitiesVariable intervertebral disc dessication changes and osteophytes are seen multiple levels. Left side of C2 vertebra is fused with occipital bone. The intervertebral discs are of normal heights. No disc bulge is noticed. Rest of the intervertebral discs show normal signal intensities. No cord compression is seen the chord shows normal signal intensities. Please tell me why I am getting the back pain by seeing the report Please tell me what is the problem and why I. Getting the back pain.
