Sir I have very high headache and I have tonsils in throat and due to that I am unable to sleep and study In my coaching they keep AC on and it's been 3 days I consulted a doctor in my city he gave me azithromycin and montelukast sodium and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets. I don't know whether to attend coaching classes because the classes are from morning 6 am to 2 pm.
