My blood tests show TSH value .008 and I started on advice of doctor 5 mg of tablet of neo mercanzole 5 daily after breakfast. I am taking it for last four days. Still I am having so much weakness and faster heart pulsation. Please suggest if continue with same?

Yes continue with the same. You have hyperthyroidism and it's not like that you will be cured completely, just we can keep it under control. But it will take time in months, don't hurry and don't worry, you will get no response in 4 days. After a month or so, recheck the values and your doctor will adjust the dose accordingly (titration) so that you get a steady level.
