I am 22 year old. I am having PCOD. My periods are irregular. I am trying to lose my weight with full of my might. But all in vain. I tried every type of exercise from rigorous to normal to minimum. But nothing helped me. I am taking nutritious diet from last 1 year. Eliminated all processed and sugary food from my regime. please help so that I can lose weight and have regular periods.
