Hello sir/mam. I have near about 30 lipoma in my body. I have visited some doctors they all said if painful then the only solution is surgery. please help me doctors if any medicines or homeopathy solution please. My whole family is worried about it. And some friends telling me it will be censor after. Is this can harmful in body.
