Hello, Here are many reasons why the symptoms reoccur after a spine surgery, most commonly it will be due to some sort of inflammation around the surgical site. Take the following meds and review after a month Tab Nucoxia-MR 8 mg daily twice (after breakfast and after dinner) for 10 days Tab Pan-D daily before breakfast for 10 days Tab Nervijen-NP at around 6-7 pm for 30 days once the pain settles down you can start with mild strengthening exercises for the back.
