Hello, I am a 15 years old guy, and I have approximately 12-13% body, am in great physical fitness and have no know genetic medical condition that could predispose me to abdominal pain. There is a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen, somewhat close to my groin, it hurts when it is pressed or rubbed against, but otherwise it does not. The development wasn't very gradual, it appeared yesterday in the morning and this morning it got slightly worse. The pain feels superficial, as in it does not feel like it is inside my body, but rather on the surface, it kind of feels like the layer under my skin or like I lymph node / tied nerve thingy. I was worried it would be a hernia, but there is no bulge and the pain does not feel like it hernia. I am visiting a doctor this in a couple of days and I will ask them about it, is there anything that this could be and could it set me back in terms of athletic performance and is there anything I can do? Aside from this there is not a single health problem I experience with this. Thanks in advance :)
