Sir my unprotected exposure happen with a hiv positive lady on 19 May 2018 and I took pep after 8 days of exposure. I took pep for 20 days but stopped due to side effects. Sir after 28 days of exposure (just after pep) tested by 4th gen test came negative. Sir also after 77 days of exposure (42 days of exposure) again 4th gen p24 antigen antibody test came negative. But my rna pcr quantification test came below the detection range. I am so much freaking out. I heard that pep can delay the seroconversion. please guide me sir.
