I am suffering from itching on body. It started from face and then it has started on whole body. I am taking antihistamine from 2 Months but it is only controlling it upto some levels. I have already done blood check up and there is no issue detected till now. Currently in some area (butt cheek and genitals) in which uncontrollable itching occurs 2 or 3 times a day. Can somebody help in detecting any cause due to which something like this can occur.

It could be a fungal infection. Fungal infections of skin may be tinea, candidal and many more. Most common infection is tinea also called as ring worm. This needs treatment with oral and topical antifungals. Period of treatment varies from patient to patient depending on the type of response. It may be weeks or months. Expecting cure in few days and running from one doctor to another will cause you more harm than good. Be patient and stick to one doctor. Make sure you are consulting a qualified dermatologist.
