Hi sir, I am naresh I facing several times joint pains that's why I am not running or walking so far what is the best median control the knee joint pains and what are the exercises I do please suggest them and one the I am using ortho get ointment it's better for only 3 to 5 hours relief so please tell me the suggestion and guidance.

Start applying IMC pain oil or any aurvedic oil and hot fomentations later, and start with isometric strengthening exercises for quadriceps and hamstrings and SLR and knee bending exercises would help.
