My bones starts paining when walk for a long time or stand or exercise, specially legs and hands bones. I am having this sharp lower back pain which turn severe when I try to get up from sleeping position. I feel weak most of times at the age of 21. What should I eat or any medicine? What is the reason behind these symptoms?
