Its only possible through physical activity.. less sugar..dont skip meals.. have healthy food.. more of fibers..no oily or junk item..no chocolates..drink more of water.. have lemon juice in lukewarm water without sugar early morning..eat more of vitamin c..eat green leafy veg.. say no to alcohol and smoking..
