I'm a 23 year old male. Before approximately 3 months I went to a sex doctor locally (prescribed medicines pari cr25, tab neuro aid and one more not readable from prescription). I was experiencing problem of precum .a transparent fluid used to come out from my penis whenever I was slightly or heavily excited sexually for ex whenever I used sit in a local bus with my girlfriend there was a low sensation in my brain and the fluid in low quantity used to ran out (case of slight excited). When I took medicines advised by the doctor I felt after a week I'm ejaculating much more the pre treatment condition even used to ejaculate precum at the time of urination. So I decided to stop treatment on my own and done so. After that I took a healthy life style used to go for morning walk etc wore loose clothes and automatically I didn't experience the particular problem of precum drain not at slight or heavy sensation. I also stopped masturbation and done it only two times in two months from past week I used to take lemon water in morning after walk on empty stomach to reduce my tummy and done crunches. Today was the second time in two months I masturbated I found my semen too much watery and got scared. Need help plz.
