I used to chew tobacco moderately. Once in a day or 2-3 times in a week. But I am feeling something in my throat. Actually around 4-5 years ago I started tobacco chewing but when I went to dentist he told me that I am suffering from early stage ofsumucous fibrosis and asked me to avoid tobacco and I tried my best from last one year and reduce the quantity. He gave me sm-fibro for three months. I am not sure that I have any symptoms to cancer or not and I am afraid to check it. Please advise the best way to tackle this situation. I don't have any ulcer in my mouth and even I can open my mouth properly but feel irritation with very spicy or hot food. Please also let me know what are symptoms of oral cancer.
