Best time to drink water is when your thirsty. Total intake of water should be = total output + 500 ml (water lost in other form. Sweating.)adult working on a sunny day and sweating a lot needs more. Approximately 2 liters of water is needed. Early morning on empty stomach. Etc is all unscientific. We hv no literature in favour of this things.
