Hello I am having one compensatory hypertrophy kidney and one small kidney my kft is normal also I do dtpa scan which show right kidney which is compensatory hypotropy works 78 percent and my small kidney works 13 percent is it possible to lead a normal life I am 24 years old please suggest.

As people can live normal life with even one kidney ( which is why one kidney can be donated to a sick relative or person ) you can definitely live a normal life ad take care of the one kidney you have
