Hi Sir, Recently diagnosed with DM. Not taking meds. Totally stopped sugar and sugary items/some fruits. But lost 8 kg n look skinny like Bruce Lee. Skin became loose in biceps. How can I get back to original?

Please get your blood sugar levels checked again and based on the results you should start on meds along with diet and exercise. Diet and exercise is good for diabetes but sometimes it does not control the blood sugar levels. So please get tests done and get back. Take care.

You can do regular exercise to tone up your body/arms. Try light dumbells. Take more proteins. You can consult a dietician to work out a proper diet for you that keeps sugar in control but gives you adequate nutrition.
