Hello Doctor, I am 62 years lady and I have insomnia issues. Cannot sleep well at night and feel tired all day. 2-3 days of the same condition triggers Vertigo. Have been taking this half of 0.25 mg pill for the last 3 years any night I encounter sleep problems.
