Due to excessive skipping and running on hard surface, I got knee injury, it's patella dislocation in lateral direction in both leg and I got knee pain sometimes it's very high pain sometimes it's normal pain, what is the best solution for my recovery? Should I go for operation or physiotherapy.

Initially you can try physiotherapy for couple of sittings, if it's getting better there are possibilities of recovery thr physiotherapy alone, if it's not improving, you can plan for surgery.
