Hello doctor, I am 25 years old man. Recently I diagnosed with 7.75.03.9 mm sized mildly obstructive right upper ureteric calculus causing mild hydro-ureteronephrosis. This calculus has avg CT attenuation value of 1009 HU. I consulted gastroenterologist doctor for the treatment. Currently having medicines sompraz d 40 cap once in morning and norflox 400 tab. Twice in day after meal. Doctor suggested operation uteroscopy to remove stone before having any infections in kidney. Please doctor suggest me is their any other way with only medication to dissolve stone. Please suggest me any other less painful and effective treatment as soon as possible. Please. I am attaching my report along with the questions. Thank you.
