We had first sex and after that she bleeds a lot then I gave her medicine Clot and Anafortan and, and she is continuously having vaginal discharge from day one and now breast paining and she doesn't want to eat anything it has been 16 or 17 days, we did just after 2 or 3 days of her periods over which is unprotected sex, now I don't understand what to do in between these days she had fever 1 times and her periods are not regular from last 2 times her periods gone for 45 days, and she is far away from me I am not getting anything please suggest me.
