Daughter 2.5 years suffering from atopia from past 1.5 years. She get red itchy boils on hand feet and head. No family history. We are using dove soap from past 1 year on hairs and body. Taken allopathy medicine for 1 year but no result. Now shifted to homeopathy from past 6 mth still it comes and goes. Wanted 2 know will this be ter till life time? Also is it related to any food allergies? Should I do a blood test for allergic test. Please need your help in it? What to do and what not to do. Please help can not see my kid like this.

Hi. Atopy is a condition where the skin is dry and is prone for infection and allergies. The condition gets better with age. All you need to do is use mild soap like dove and use a good moisturizer like physiogel AI cream. If there is any new lesion on the body, consult a dermatologist and get treated before it becomes a bigger problem. No need for allergy panels or expensive blood tests.
