Hello im 22 I want to reduce melanin and look fair I also consulted a dermatologist he had suggested me skin brite cream and hhsone cream I used those creams for long months then my face became fair when I stopped those creams again my face turned to black color I want to look little bit fair suggest me what do to to look fair permanently.
