I am an obese person living sedentary life style due to life long Depression since 34 years. Right now I am suffering from UTI infection since one month. Please suggest what should I eat & Drink & what to avoid for UTI Problem? Is Nicotex harmful in any of above illness as I am Addicted from chewing Tobacco since 34 yrs.?

You need to engage yourself in some form of yoga or relaxation to take care of years stress and anxiety as apparently from years situation it seems you are very anxious. U should also share y issues with close friends and pursue years hobbies to buildup years self esteem. Maybe gardening, writing, painting, music etc.
