Hello Such pains can occur due to nutrition deficiency according to the need of the body. Kindly take care of your meals. Walking regularly is a good initiation to stay healthy but you should get your certain basic tests done like 25, hydroxy vitamin D, serum calcium, vitamin B12 and uric acid levels. You must be hydrated, follow regular exercise, eat green leafy vegetables, take dairy products. If the pain is intense, cold packs be applied on the area affected. Kindly also consult a good homoeopathic doctor near by. Homoeopathic medicines are quite effective in such cases. Tc.
