Hello Doctors, I?ve been having delayed & irregular cycles, and I?ve gained 5-6 kgs in the last 9 months, and I feel low at times, sort of depressed, and levels of anxiety are usually very high. My moms 40 & she?s been taking Thyrox 100 since 20 years & she asked me to do the Thyroid test which I did & my TSH is 10.2 - T3 is 130 & T4 is 6. I?m 21 & unmarried. My family physician has advised to start Thyrox 100 & repeat the test after a month. Please let me know if I?m on the right track as it?s not possible for me to consult a specialist until I get my next pay check. please cooperate.
