Hello sir, I have started gaining recently but I have knee injury from the past 7 months (from wrong sports practice) & doctor has said that I have to avoid non-veg food, kidney beans etc & protein foods (it increases my knee pain). Then how should I maintain diet. Please suggest.

You need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and general body pain.
