I am 68, male. Last 10 years having Diabetes. Please tell me controlling glucose level. Recent readings are 156 & 256. Carbohydrates makes sugar high. Hence what should be the diet and what could be Homeo medicines will effective. Due to high sugar readings I had problem of disturbing 'Sixth nerve and allopathic doctor concluded as very mild stroke. Drink water based on ambient temperature. Gets well sleep and till age of 63 no dreams experienced. Sleeping posture is either left or right but never straight flat. By nature, I am straight so other takes advantage.
