Hi Sir, I'm 21 years old female. I have thin hair and not slightly thin but it's a proper hair loss as scalp too visible when I parted my hair. Around five years ago I found out that I have Pcod and within these years my hair density reduced day by day. I used to have thick lustrous hair 5-6 years ago but my condition has worsened now. I don't know what happened. I also took homeopathic treatment but nothing worked. Suggest me something.

Its a female pattern hair loss. It the female version of androgenetic alopecia it starts with widening of partition with thinning confined to the top of the scalp. The back of the head is relatively better. Medications are the key. I have to take oral approved drugs like finasteride and aldactone and minoxidil and if the loss is too much may be surgical correction through hair transplant.
