I want to reduce my weight from 58 kg to 52 kg please suggest a diet plan and exercise for it.

To lose weight, you need to minimise intake of outside/packed food and home food made of maida, sugar and oil. Eat 2-3 whole fruits before breakfast and a plate of salad before lunch and dinner. Exercise for at least 20 mins daily. This will help you lose weight naturally and gradually. All the best.
