Hi, Basically I am gastric (GERD) patient. Sine one month am getting problem after having Launch. If I sleep after having Launch, am getting problem in breathing (while sleep), numbness and entire nerve system feeling hard like mild stroke. If I sleep after 1 or 2 hours (after meal) there is no issue. After dinner I do not have any issue. 2 months back I went Gastric and heart doctor they have tested like endoscopy and 2D eco ans doing normal. But why am getting issue after Launch sleep. Some times if I eat Puri, Dosa and oil food that time also am getting same issue. Medical history: six months back I had B12 and D vitamin deficiency after that I took treatment and normal now. But why am getting issue. Please suggest.

Proper management of diet and dietary habits will help u. Never sleep immediately after eating. Eat smaller meals frequently and avoid binge eating. Exercise daily . Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fermented foods, processed foods.eat fresh food. Hope this helps u
