I have affected from insomnia for one month. I go to bed 10: 30 pm. But I slept only at 2: 00 or 3: 00 CLOCK. But I feel sleepy in the morning. I even slept in my college also. What I do for it? I want sleep early & wake up early. Please suggest your valuable solution for this. Thank you.
