Dear Lybrateuser, - You should avoid spicy food as it causes acidity & in long run can cause ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract - have more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains which should be non spicy - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - get urine RE/ME (routine & microscopic) examination done to rule out any urinary tract infection.
