I am suffering from knee pain on walking since 2/ 3 days. I walk almost 5 km a day in the morning.

Just check on few things like your footwears, r you doing enough stretching before and after walking, does you include warmup before' walking, your waking area is it concrete or even -uneven, grass ground. Jst apply ice pack for 5 mins twice a day. N keep your knee as straight as possible.

Give rest to your knees for atleast a week, give hot water bag fomentation. Avoid exercise. If pain is not reducing after giving rest show nearby orthopedician.
