I am experiencing loose stool with water from about one month after eating something. I consulted an homeopathy doctor in my area he said it is an intestine infection and gave me a liquid medicine yesterday. But I am not lactose intolerant neither I am suffering with fever or stomach pain or abdomen cramps or dehydration. So is this diarrhea or just an infection? Please answer the relevant answer.

It is jus infection for confirmation you can go for sonography not try having ajvain in morning hrs.
