Hello sir, I had fracture on My left wrist and for reducing pain I took injection on hip and after 1 week injection site is paining and still I have pain (25 days after injection) on my hip (buttocks) It's hurting when I walk and when I sleep on the affected side Currently I'm using thrombophob gel and zerodol. - sp tablets is it fine, and please suggest me something.(sorry for bad English)?

Hello Pain should have reduced at the injection site try ice compression and if doesn't get reduced we have good homoeopathic remedies for your pain as well.

For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
